Ways to Pay for Your Dentistry
Our commitment to you is to make your dentistry as affordable as possible. You will never be asked to pay for treatment that you have not agreed to. We promise to fully explain all of your options, the fees associated with our recommendations and obtain your approval before any dentistry is performed. In return, we ask that you be prepared to pay the amount you are responsible for on the day of service.
If you have concerns about paying for your care, please let us know. There may be other ways we can help.
Insurance
If you have dental insurance benefits, it will reduce the amount you pay for your treatment. The amount your insurance company pays is solely based on the coverage you have and we have no control over that. In fact, insurance companies often make it difficult for us to know what their reimbursement rates are. We will do our very best to estimate what your insurance benefits will cover and help you submit your claim.
We try very hard to keep our costs fair while not compromising quality and would never want your insurance company to come between you and the care we offer. You can count on us for exceptional care and you have our promise that we will not rush through our appointments or procedures. Dr. Holmes and his team always take the necessary time to evaluate and consider the most appropriate options when making recommendations for your care. We will treat you with the courtesy and respect you deserve and support you as you make the best choices for yourself.
Forms of Payment
We accept debit cards as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Financing Your Dentistry
Care Credit is a third-party provider that allows you to pay for your dentistry over time. They provide different monthly payment plans that offer you the option of no interest if your balance is paid within a specified period. It is important for you to know that if you do not pay your balance to Care Credit within the period you have negotiated, your finance rates on the entire amount borrowed may be significant.
